While training is my primary focus, I also consult in the same areas; social media, iOS, and Mac OS X. If you have question on how your business can make better of use of these tools I can give you answers. As a long time user in all three of these I have real world experience to help you overcome issues you may have and help make the most of your investment in these technologies.

Social media s a new and rapidly developing area. It has great potential, especially for small to medium businesses but it can contrary to what some might lead you to believe, it isn’t going to be a panacea for your business. There are many things to consider before tasking a jump into social media and things to consider and decide if you’;ve already taken that first step. Here’s just some of the questions I can help you answer.

What social networks will work for my business?
What are the strengths and weaknesses of each social media network?
How do I set up an account and what do I need to make sure I know?
I’ve got an account, now what do I do?
How do I attract the followers/fans that will help my business succeed?

As I long time user of social media and someone who can’t get enough of it and reads hundreds of article and white papers each week on social media, I have the knowledge and background to help your company traverse to the social media platforms and help your company make the most of its presence online.

Technology is another area that can benefit small and medium-sized businesses. With the explosion of the use of smartphones and tablets it has become imperative that businesses take advantage of what these have to offer as well as ways they can facilitate their costumers use of these technologies to better their purchasing experience.
