I love answering questions from my readers/viewers of my site. If you have a general question about using your iPad, iPhone, or Mac drop me a line using the form below and I’ll try to answer your question. I can’t solve specific questions about your individual system but will try to answer any “how to” or other straight forward questions. I will also use your feedback to improve my FAQ which is available here. I may not be able to answer each and every question individually but will make an effort to do so.

If you have a more involved question or need specific troubleshooting help, I am available for hire to solve your more complex issues in the areas of iPhones and iPads, Macs, and social media.
