Courses Offered

I offer courses covering social media, iOS (iPads and iPhones), and Mac OS X. There are four courses in each of these areas:

Intro (1 hr)
Basics (1/2 day)
Essentials (full day)
Mastery (4 day)

Each of these courses is self-contained and there is no need to take other courses first. If you don’t see what you need listed here, please feel free to contact me and I can tailor a course to meet your needs.

The courses in social media range from a brief introduction course which just touches on what social media is and an introduction to the major platforms; Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google +. In the more advanced courses you’ll learn about each of these in more details as well as learn about some other networks and tools to help you with your social media presence. The social media courses page has a detailed description of each course.

I offer courses covering iOS from a one hour intro showing some of the basics of using your iPad or iPhone to a half day course covering the essentials of using your iDevice. There are also full day and 4 day courses to give you an even more complete understanding of iOS. Whether you want to learn to use your iPhone to take and edit photos or learn shortcuts and tips and tricks to get more out of your iPad, you will learn them in these courses. While Macs are easy to use, there’s a lot to learn especially if you are new to the platform. The courses I offer will help you understand the fundamentals of OS X, learn how to install and use applications, and troubleshoot for those rare occasions when you do have problems. If you want to get the most out of your Mac, then these courses are for you.
